X-023b A03 miscellaneous The Town Halls from the UEMA are not against the Spanish language. When they need to use it, they use it; but they would like to run their institutions through the Basque language. They are within a Basque-speaking area and many times they come across the opposite situation: a desire to provide a service through the Basque language and not be able to carry out that service. This year the UEMA Day will be celebrated in Zeanuri. The program consists of the following events: official function, music, rural sports, popular lunch, clowns, picnic, etc.
